
S’pore Start Phase 2, 5 People Allowed For Dining, Social Gathering In Public

On latest news announced. Singapore will be moving forwards on PHase 2 this Friday, June 19. With this new announcement, now people can get together in a social group of up to five people and households can receive up to five visitors at any one time. This means, you can enjoy back your outdoor activities with gathering among your friends or family, even loves ones with up to 5 people in 1 group. These reports were reported by Health Minister Gan Kim Yong at a virtual press conference.
But bare in mind that, all individuals are still required to keep the social distancing of at least 1meter away from others. This will allows activities such as dining-in, personal health, and wellness, as well as home-based services such as private tuition, the piano class can be resumed. Meanwhile, on all restaurants and hawker centres, each table will be limited to 5 people. Other retails shops, sports and public facilities including stadiums, swimming pools, golf courses, playgrounds, bowling centre, fitness studios will be able to reopen too.
Meanwhile, for other healthcare services for seniors, such as traditional Chinese medicine (TCM), aesthetic services, elder care services, and senior activity centres will gradually be opened.
MOH is reminding all people to always kept wearing their mask and continue to adhere to safe distancing guidelines and keep a distance away from others. On other news meanwhile, schools will fully reopen with students able to return to school daily activities from June 29. While flexibility such as weddings, wakes and funerals, with up to 20 people will be allowed to attend such occasions from the current of 10 people only allowed.
