Have you ever spotted any ice cream popiah before? Well if you don’t then you might want to check out the Taiwanese Street snack which is made by encasing ice cream in a savory popiah skin topped with nuts. Previously this is available for a limited time at Dessert Story in 2017, where you can now get it at Haute and Cauld, for a limited time only.

This ice cream popiah priced at $6.99 where it comprises three scoops of gelato of your choice, crushed nuts, Nutella sauce, and coriander wrapped in popiah skin. There is an additional charge of S$0.40 for each scoop of premium flavor gelato that you pick for your ice cream popiah. You can also pick premium flavors for all three scoops and a total surcharge will be an extra $1.

Other than this, you can also purchase gelato by the scoop (from S$3.80) or in a waffle set (from S$10.90). There is a surcharge of S$1 for each scoop of premium flavor. Here are the gelato flavors available at Haute and Cauld:
