Around 80% Dormitories, Will Be Cleared From Covid-19 By July End
The National Development Minister Lawrence Wong said that by the end of July around 80% of foreign working living in the dormitories will be recovered from Covid-19 or tested free of infections. With the records of 120,000 migrants workers have so far recovered from the virus.
80,000 of them are able to resume work while the rest are moved to other accommodation for closer observation. With the current positive result, Mr. Wong said that around 70 to 80% of workers in the dormitories will be cleared soon which is equivalent to 250,000 migrant workers.

There are a total of 163 dormitories and 18 blocks which are housing the recovered workers in 11 purpose-built dormitories so far have been cleared.
