Covid-19 May Cause Brain Damage, Stroke, Inflammation, Pyschosis And Dementia
A preliminary study of patients hospitalized with Covid-19 at London has somehow shown results that this disease can damage the brain, causing complications such as stroke, inflammation, psychosis, and dementia symptoms in severe cases.

This founding was discovered by the look at the range of neurological complications of Covid-19, as the researchers are looking for studies to find and understand the mechanisms behind them in order to search for treatments. The study from a Co-lead researcher Benedict Micheal, from Liverpool University on 125 cases across the UK shows that is is very vital to understand this behavior of Covid-19 as there were patients over 60 and most were caused by a blood clot in the brain known as ischaemic stroke.
