47-Year-Old Stole Phones And Laptops Across S’pore Libraries
A 47-year-old man SIm Chye Lai was charged under 6 charges of theft with another 10 charges taken into consideration after he attempted to steal phones and laptops around the public libraries across the island.
As this is not his first time doing this offence, as a library manager on duty at Bishan Public Library recognised SIm from the footage nine days later and she had handed the footage over to the police, as she tailed him to Serangoon Public Library and called the police which had him arrested.
