Government Reduce Supply Of Private Residential Due To Covid-19

Due to the current Covid-19 pandemic, the government has decided to reduce the supply of private residential units on the confirmed list of land sales programme for the second half of this year.

The 3 private residential site, which can yield about 1,370 units including 615 executive condominium units will be halted due to the given economic which has been progressing decline line in the unsold inventory of private housing units.
With the current reduction on housing supply, this will help developers focus on selling properties from an existing project and ensure they overcome all those construction issues and meet deadlines.
