PM Lee: Full Economics Downfall From Pandemic Is Coming

Prime Minister Lee Hsien Loong has made an announcement during his nationwide address on 23 June regarding the incoming wave of Full economic fallout due to the current Covid-19. This is due to the unemployment and retrenchment is continuing to increase since the pandemic started to spread.
Despite this, PM Lee also said that government will support Singaporeans to go through this, they are planning to save as many jobs as possible and also creating more jobs in different sectors to ensure everyone will be kept safe during this bad period of economic.
With the current projection on Singapore’s economics, this might be the worst one to come and it is not clear on how bad this fallout will be even with projections and predictions. However, PM Lee assured that Singaporeans will be able to survive through this and pick up back again.
