Otters Spotted Sunbathing Near Zouk Bridge

As we are entering Phase 2, while animals are still not aware of it. It seems they are still in their relaxing mood when humans are mostly staying at home due to an earlier circuit breaker period. A group of otters was spotted frolicking on the steps near Jiak Kim Bridge.

They were seen lying there sunbathing in a very peaceful way and hopefully they can cope up more with us naturally when more of us are coming back to work during this Phase 2 as it just started to kick in.
