Since Covid-19 Outbreak, 14 Bus and Train Staff Infected

Since the starting of the Covid-19 outbreak, there are a total of 14 public transport staff have been infected with this virus.
The Ministry of Health (MOH) said that this includes bus and train staff members, however there has not been solid evidence that the transmission was arising from staff or commuters, while the risk of contracting this virus through public transport is low. While the risk of contracting the virus is higher in social places such as working places.
This is explained earlier by Minister for National Development Lawrence Wong when the circuit breaker ended that there are concerns among Singaporeans who are taking public transports and scared of this virus infection.
