S’pore Joins China And Other Countries To Combat Covid-19
Singapore’s Foreign Minister Vivian Balakrishnan announced that they will join with China and 24 other countries, the World Health Organisation (WHO) and the United Nations Development Programme on cooperation in combating the Covid-19 on a video conference on June 18.
According to the MFA they are exchanging idea and ways to enhance the importance of global health in globally to work closely together to promote a better way to fight against Covid-19, together with needs among countries to keep the global trade flows and supply chain undisrupted.
Vivian also said that it is very important to maintain the a good connection such as air and seaports as these will be able to sustain the connectivity among countries and thus creating jobs and opportunities for our peoples.
