Carpool Services On Platform Allowed With Special Arrangement During Phase 2
During the new Phase 2 reopened, Land Transport Authority (LTA) mentioned that for carpool services platform, a set of new rules will be applied. These such arrangements are meant to protect well being and safety of drivers and passengers. Such carpool services made are only allowed to ride between relatives, friends, and colleagues in the same vehicle, carpooling trips can only be booked through official ride-hail mobile apps and a direct book with limousine drivers and other licensed PHC drivers.

For any other carpooling type other than the listed above are totally prohibited.
