No Staycation For Singaporean In Phase 2
Those who are thinking for a minor escape from their current environment might have to put their plan on halt during Phase 2, according to the Singapore Tourism Board (STB) on Jun 18.

All staycation in Phase 2 are not allowed to accept guest from local resident during this time unless they fall under these categories:
- Those who can’t stay at their current place due to home renovation
- Those who sold their current residence but have not secured another place to stay
- Those whose existing rental lease has ended but have not found another place to stay
- Returnees who completed their stay-home notice (SHN) but don’t have a place to stay as they don’t usually live in Singapore.
This exception also are allowed for healthcare workers in Singapore who wish to isolate themselves from their own family for safety reasons. While green lane travellers and travellers including long term pass holder and entering Singapore from 17 Jun then they are allowed to stay at hotels.
