A grey Mazda 3 was reported hitting a motorcyclist at CTE highway towards the city by cutting the lane without checking were arrested and under investigations.

The driver 24-years-old was reported on video recorded by a witness that he sped away after hitting the motorcyclist. The motorcyclist 64-year-old rider was brought to Raffles Hospital for treatment following the incident.
