55-Year-Old Beauty Salon Owner Fined $22,000 For Massage & Masturbation Service During Circuit Breaker

On Wednesday, June 10, a 55-year-old salon owner, Jin Yin was fined $22,000 for providing massage service and special masturbation service to a customer on the 3rd day during the starting of the circuit breaker period.
She pleads guilty for providing these massage services without a license and failed to ensure that her salon was kept closed during the circuit breaker time. From her reports, she admitted that she texted a message to confirm back with a client that she is opening her salon like normal and with an online advertisement for her salon massage with masturbation service.
