These stories were shared by a netizen named Pasir Ris NPC as he was on his way to going home by taxi. During the trip back home, the officer noticed there is a tense conversation happening between the driver and a lady over the phone as the lady keep crying.
So, therefore, Ris asked the taxi driver to stop aside and call the bank after the taxi driver mentioned that he just got scammed over $20,000 after his wife shared their OTP password to a social media friend to claim a lucky draw prize.
