A very sad new comes to a farm owner when his farm is coming to an end after the Singapore Land Authority is taking back the land for a house development project during this pandemic session.
Mr. Oh, the proprietor of Oh Chun Huat Hydroponic Farm Pte Ltd, has been working very hard for 3 generations on his farm. Every single day, around 3 am, Mr. Oh, will be starting his work at this farm but due to lacking funds to reinstate back the land. Which cost him up to $500,000, he has to give up these 3 generations of business.
Jane Lee, one of Mr. Oh’s regular customer, mentioned that she is sad by this news too because she has been ordering and dealing with Mr. Oh for more than 6 years now and she never considers working with other suppliers as Mr. Oh veggies are always the best quality so far.
Ms. Lee has said that she will write a letter to the Singapore Land Authority to see what she can voice out to help Mr. Oh on this case and she is also seeking other netizens for help.
We hope that Mr. Oh will be able to keep his farm running even thou we know it will be a very hard thing during this pandemic period of time.
