On 17th Apr at 2045hrs the uncle is spotted spitting the bubble pearl at the metal signboard at 883 Woodlands North Plaza. Not just that, his gesture are also making distinct sounds across a walking pathway.
Even there are people passing by and looking at him but he seems to ignore the people and get into his own zen to continue with his shooting practice.
