Even Disabled Are Helping – Woman With No Hands Sews Protective Gear For Healthcare Workers Using Feet Amid Covid-19

During this pandemic, everyone is doing their part to help out, no matter who you are. A special shoutout to this Malaysian woman who was born without her arms doing her best to help out by helping to sews protective gear for the healthcare worker.

This is Norfarrah Syahirah Shaari, 32, from Perak has volunteered in a project to sew personal protective equipment (PPE) for medical staff at Teluk Intan Health Clinic and Teluk Intan Hospital.

There are about 25 volunteer that helping out and each person have a different tasks such as measuring or cutting the fabric. Norfarrah is assigned to sew the protective gear and she can sew eight PPE gowns in a day using only her feet.
