There were quite a number of eye witness at that moment of time. According to the people heard talking in the video, the man was arrested as he was not compliant with instructions. The man was kicking a shelf in the store, causing the contents on the shelf to spill onto the floor.
Based on the online speculation, the man was making a scene because he entered the store without a mask during this Covid-19 circuit breaker period in Singapore.
