Breaking – 4 McDonald’s Outlet’s Employee Diagnosed with Covid-19!

McDonald’s has announced on today (April 12)  that five of its employees from 4 branches have been diagnosed with Covid-19 positive.

Just to lists down, the 4 impacted outlets are the McDonald’s LIDO, Forum Galleria, Parklane and Geylang East Central outlets. The affected employees have been quarantined in medical facilities and are currently being monitored by medical personnel.

For now, the 4 outlets have been deep-cleaned and are closed for business till further notice. They will do their best to sanitise and ensure it’s clean and safe before decision to re-open.

The 2 employees at McDonald’s LIDO outlet were diagnosed with Covid-19 on April 2 and 3 respectively. Aside from that, the employee 1 was also attached to work at the McDonald’s Parklane outlet for one day on March 30.

The 3rd employee works at McDonald’s Parklane, and last visited their workplace on April 8, 2020. Employee 3 was also is work at the McDonald’s LIDO restaurant on March 30, April 1 to 3, and April 6.

The 4th employee, who works at McDonald’s Forum Galleria, is a roommate of Employee 3. The employee last visited their workplace on April 8.

The 5th employee works at McDonald’s Geylang East Central, and their last day of work was on April 8.

If you have visited those outlets at the above dates, you might want to monitor yourself and quarantine yourself to see whether you have any symptoms. Seek medical attention if needed.
