Public transport is a place that can easily transmit the virus especially if it’r crowded. So, in order to minimise the transmission of the virus post-Circuit Breaker, there is a new regulation that you need to wear mask if you’re on public transport.

This initiative is not just for the CB but even for post CB, this regulation will still be there as as there’ll likely be huge crowds on platforms and stations. At this moment, on the post, he has not mentioned on the penalty if the commuter is not able to comply but there will be Transport Ambassadors will remind you guys to do so.

If you’re one of those that don’t have mask yet, then you can collect the reusable mask at the nearest RCs or CCs for the disposable mask from government.

So please do wear a mask if you’re heading out. We do think that this mandatory mask-wearing on public transport might be something most of us are not used to at first but it’s crucial if we want to fight of this virus.
