We are now in Day 5 of ‘Circuit Breaker’ and as you can see on the street, still many people who just being ignorant and not doing enough to practise social distancing.
This is announced by Environment and Water Resources Minister Masagos Zulkifli said first-time offenders will be issued a $300 fine instead of written warnings on his Facebook post. Imagine on the 5th days there is over 3000 warning already given but people still cannot abide by the rule so government is going up to next level.
Today our Enforcement Officers reported that there are still too many people not taking the circuit breaker measures…

Also take note if you’re a repeated offenders, on the other hand, will be subjected to higher fines or worse, prosecution in court. So make sure you take it seriously and there is no more play play
So starting from Sunday (11 Apr) onwards, do take note that there’ll no longer be written warnings. Instead, what you’ll be getting from enforcement officers – if you’re a first-time offender – is a $300 fine.
