A S’porean NSF Loses 80kg in 9 month times and even Received Distinguished Honour Graduate Award

The National Service is said to be the right passage for every single Singaporean on their journey to their manhood but one full-time National Serviceman (NSF) seems to have managed to outperform in a good way. In a Facebook post from May,21 Elly Zulkarnaen bin Jufri shared that his NS journey after graduating from the Specialist Cade Course (SCC)m on May 17, 2021, that during his 9 months process where he was super unmotivated at the first week after some of his mates were left and some were requests rejected.

But he made himself a promise that by the end of the course, he will want to be the Number 1 Uniform and different him. Where he manages to becomes a healthier him which he has lost over 80KG in the enlistment process. For the uninitiated, the SCC is a 22-week course consisting of:
- Foundation term (eight weeks)
- Professional term (13 weeks)
- Combined arms term (eight days)
He also manages to be one of the graduates to receive the Distinguished Honour Graduate award, one of the highest achievements given.
