For those who love walking down the streets and getting an ice-cream sandwich from this delicious ice-cream sandwich cart from this uncle. Where you can find a block of ice-cream flavour sandwiched between a loaf of bread. However, you might be surprised that these ice cream now comes wrapped around the ice cream instead. This is due to Phase 2, Heightened Alert, the uncle mentioned that the government does not allow him to remove the wrapper, where the uncle stated that by removing the wrapper it will be dining.
So other ice-cream vendors such as famous ice-cream art located at Orchard had also opted for deliveries during this time as dining-in, or eating on the streets are not allowed as of 14th May because if you removed your face-mask, it is very dangerous.
