Two Rabbit Spotted Abandoned along Admiralty But Later Found Dead With Blood on Mouth

A pair of rabbits was spotted along Admiralty road by two cyclists and they tend to feed the rabbits with carrots and called for a rescue organization for help. However, they left shortly after no response. Then a pair of rabbit owners associated with Bunny Wonderland, a private rabbit welfare group got heard about the news and immediately know something was wrong. Where this pair of rabbits is in grave danger and they tried to locate the pair of rabbits on the same day but they were unfortunate to found the rabbit dead with one of them even having blood oozing out of its mouth. The pair of rabbit owners also stepped in for pet cremation to give the deceased rabbit a proper sent-off and named these pairs Woody and Wooly.

The Bunny Foundation hope that if anyone spots abandoned rabbit, they should follow these guidelines because rabbit should not be stray in Singapore and they will get killed or somehow same fate as these pair. Here’s our step by step guide if you do find a stray rabbit:
1) Approach the rabbit and assess for injuries
2) If a rabbit can be captured, bring it to the nearest vet and contact animal welfare groups for assistance
3) If unable to capture, note the location and call for help (AVS, SPCA or AWGs)
4) Stay at the location until help arrives
