According to Road Traffic Bicycles Rules, cyclists must ride as far as possible to the left edge of the road unless overtaking, and cyclists should also ride in a manner so as not to obstruct vehicles moving at a faster speed. Perhaps, the new rules for having a test for on-road cyclist should really be practised and having deeper thoughts on these bicycles and Power Assisted Bicycles (PAB) on having a side mirror might help before more of these injuries case happens.
