Taiwanese Boy in Vegetative State After Being Thrown Around 27 Times In A Row During Judo lesson

A Taiwanese boy who is known as Huang is currently in a vegetative state after being thrown on the ground more than 27 times in a row during a Judo lesson. Huang’s uncle who was there during the training said that he started his Judo class around 7 pm on April 21. Were during the lesson, Huang appeared to be feeling unwell and complained about being nauseated.
Huang’s uncle voiced out to the coach but the coach brushed it off where he said that it is normal for boys to fake these acts out. The coach then allegedly instructed two boys to practice their throws on Huang and Huang repeatedly pleaded for the coach to stop where his head and leg were hurting him so bad that he did not want to do this anymore. The coach even allegedly threatened the boy to get up or he would be the one throwing the boy onto the ground. Which the coach proceeds to throw the boy to the ground six to seven times after that he has completely lost consciousness.

Huang was thrown to the ground about 27 times and later Huang’s uncle realized that his nephew’s cries of pain had ceased and the coach then realize the boy had turned pale and his eye has rolled up. The coach then dismissed him saying that the boy was pretending to have fainted. The boy was immediately taken to hospital where he was discovered that he was suffering from a brain hemorrhage and the doctor pointed that the throwing effects to him was equivalent to being hit by a car and he may permanently remain in a vegetative state. His family initially wanted to let go of his life support, but they were encouraged by the boy’s vital signs.
Huang’s father confronted the coach and the coach initially said that there was protective gear during the lesson and later contradictions were found where the coach confessed to the boy’s father that he along with two students had thrown the boy to the ground and the coach is currently being investigated after admitting to throwing the boy heavily onto the ground multiple times.
