A lucky dog that was previously abused by his owner in Singapore has been fortunate enough to be rescued and managed to find a fur happy home. Lucky’s was first made known on Facebook by the local dog welfare group of Chained Dog Awareness in Singapore (CDAS) where the dog was rescued from his abusive owner in February early this year by the Animal Veterinary Service, a branch of the National Parks Board (NParks).
Where Lucky was found subjected to various forms of abuse such as being dragged by his legs, having metal weight tied to his neck, and being beaten by a metal rod. After a month of his rescue, Lucky was bailed out of the pound on March 31 and found home to a new owner where the staff at AVS has affectionately and him as Pooh Bear. Lucky now found his forever family and was apparently being “spoilt rotten” at his new home.
