Car Caught on Video Allegedly Cut into Lane and Hits E-Brake Causing Traumatic Collision

A blue Kia in Singapore was caught on video allegedly causing another car from behind to crash into it. The blue Kia was seen from the video suddenly cut into the car front then after that it started to repeatedly have its brakes engaged.
Eventually, after a while, the car suddenly comes to a complete stop as the driver believes to have press the brake completely in sudden, which it caused the car from behind to slams into the Kia. The entire video clip lasted less than 1 minute and the crash occurs along the downward sloping Keppel viaduct towards the Ayer Rajah Expressway. Upon the impact, inside the video, it can be heard that a woman passenger could be heard going audibly from pain or trauma and the two-car slowed down and pulled over on the road shoulder beside the right lane. At the end of the video, it was revealed that the blue Kia was registered as a private hire vehicle and comments on the video said that the cam car driver should just go to report the incident to the Traffic Police and making the driver of the Blue Kia punished while other condemned the Kia driver for endangering another road user with these actions.
