With the drama happening at the Design or Creative Agency nowadays means that you have to follow whatever their instruction and forced to meet their demand, there will sometimes some ridiculous nonsense happening in this industry. Where a social media agency which provides design services for logo, business card, flyers and more have a sort of stupid encounter with a client recently. In the past, KF Design posted a screenshot of an email from their client where the client asked the agency to convert all AI (Adobe Illustrator) files into PPT (Powerpoint) to make the project easier for the client to edit by themselves.
Those who have used Adobe Illustrator and Microsoft PowerPoint will understand that both the software are completely different as one is a professional designing software while another is more towards office and words presentation task base. Which by converting all the AI files to a PPT format is an absolutely useless thing. Netizen of course quickly responds to the post saying that KF Design should just convert all the files into JPEG format and paste them into Powerpoint, while some others asking KF Design to charge the client more money because by converting this way it is basically redoing the whole design in PowerPoint.
Guess the point of Customer is Always Right rules are making these Customer being more stupid as the day went on.
