28 yo Man From China gets Mocked and Shamed in A Dating Ad Of Himself

When a 28-year-old Zhang Kunwei, shared to Douban a social networking service to advertise for a partner where he didn’t expect to spark a series of conversations on dating expectation in China. His post which went viral in March saw a flood of comments which some of these comments mocking him ruthlessly.
Zhang posted his personal background which he studies at Tsinghua University and working for JPMorgan and Google and now he is a teacher in his hometown in North China’s Shanxi Province where he is enjoying his work-life balance. He also claimed that he is earning over 50,000 yuan ($10,200) a month while some others consider this unlikely his day job where he might also make money by coaching gamers and taking up computer programming gigs.
The post went viral on Weibo where netizens were ridiculed him for his appearance as ugly and mediocre and overconfident. Another discussion on Weibo also comments reflecting that how a woman in China does not solely consider wealth when comes to finding a partner. While some young people cited that thee are an increasing number of Chinese woman are focusing on personality and vibe instead.
Zhang later responded that he is never popular in school and always known as a nerd and he also talking that the reality where someone has to be wealthy, handsome and a lot of free time to find a partner.
