23-year-old Mike uploaded a video on his YouTube channel to share his weight loss process in September last year. Recently, media reports have caused massive sharing on the internet for his determinations. According to Mike, he eight in 2016 where he has reached as high as 201 kg which his body was bloated and huge a big belly and he began to realize the danger of being overweight therefore he begins to lose weight by cycling, stretchings exercise, running and hitting sandbags.
A year later, Mike’s weight dropped to 129.3kg which he has lost a total of 72.6 kg and his body shape also started to change. In his second year, he has dropped to 76.6 kg and by March 2019 he successfully reduce it to 71.9 kg which is another accumulative loss of 130 kg weight.
However, Mike’s skin becomes so loose due to the loss of fat and his excess skin has to cut off by surgery and after his operation, he didn’t forget to do exercise which focuses on his abdominal and leg muscle. With his determination, he encouraged everyone with his own experience, that as long as you are willing and persistent, you can achieve your goal and make yourself healthy.
