36 People is Confirmed Dead in Taiwan Train Crash While Driver Is Still Missing

On April 2, the train in Eastern Taiwan has derailed while inside a tunnel which believe were caused by a collision with a truck. 72 people are injured while 36 people is confirmed dead and this is one of the worst rail disaster after four decades. The train had been travelling from Taipei to the eastern coastal city of Taitung. The eight-car train travels about 120 km per hour with 350 passenger at the time of the crash.
According to the local Taiwanese media, the train drive was still missing, and the rest of survivor are being led away from the accident scene while emergency crew are attending to the scene.
