Mark Lee has just bring in another delight into Singapore, where he has a venture with Nam Heong, a popular 60 years of heritage dim sum from Ipoh, Malaysia. Nam Heong currently has 15 outlets in Malaysia and the latest store is located at a food court which were proposed by Mark so that it will involve a lower cost. With this step, the earning can return faster and Mark is already having a planning to open another second outlet at food court this year.

At Nam Heong, you can find a wide selection of dim sum, rice, noodles such as Prawn Mee, Assam laksa, Egg Tarts, Chicken Sou and more. The prices for the dim sum menu start from $1.50 for the Ipoh Kaya Puff to $3.90, Chicken Glutinous Rice, Chicken Feet with Chilli Black Bean, Supreme BBQ Bun. The Nam Heong Chicken Sou goes for $2.20 each, Nam Heong Egg Tart costs $1.80. Other dim sum highlights include the fried Ipoh Crispy Turnip ($3.50), Crispy Yam Puff ($3.60) and Supreme Prawn Mai ($3.50).
