Man Who Slapped Ex-Girlfriend After Drunk Apologise and Asking Public Not To Condemn His Mother

A woman, Kae who got into an argument with a 25-year-old man at a taxi stand along River Valley Road which were shared on video online happens on Mar 25 evening. The 24-year-old man was arrested by the police after slapping the woman, 21-year-old who was the man ex-girlfriend. When he was restrained by two policeman from the video he shouted at the police officer “Do you know who’s my mother is?” which left a lot of netizens curious about her mother. According to Lianhe Wanbao, the victim said that the man’s mother is not any important person and he had moved out from his home when they were dating which his mother would often ask about him.

She also added that the man’s mother cares deeply for the 25-year-old man and urged the netizen from not condemning her because of the man’s words. The incident happens when Kae, was drinking with her friends when a man suddenly appeared drunk and he wanted to get back together with her.
She wanted to leave but the man attempt to pull her into a car causing her to fall and hurt her knees which at that point, a police car drove past and her friend waved to alert the police car. While the police were speaking to the 25-year-old man, she walked over to the taxi stand to tend to her wounded knee with tissue paper and then the man came over and lashed out at her.
After the incident, the man has gone to Kae’s house to apologise, but Kae said she will never accept his apology.
