Public Can Donate to The Victim’s Wife of the Delivery Rider Killed in Kovan Accident With Mini Cooper

Earlier on 23 March, when a food deliver rider were caught in a fatal accident in Kovan after being hit by a Mini Cooper while waiting to make a turn at the T-junction of Tampines Road and Hougang Avenue 1. A public Facebook group with over 15,000 members have been raising money for the wife. The victim’s wife mentioned that she can never forgive what the 34-year-old driver who was arrested for drunk driving and careless driving causing death of her husband.

The victim, Simon Teo, 42 years old leaves behind an eight-year-old daughter and his wife. The wife, Peh only managed to see her husband one last time at the scene of the accident after some netizen called her using the victim’s phone. The group have obtained permission from the victim’s wife for this contribution to sent to her directly via phone number listed.
