New Pâtisserie CLÉ of Ex-Michelin Pastry Team Opens New Outlet at Bedok

The famous Pâtisserie CLÉ which were run by two friends Joy Chiam, 27, and Germaine Li, 36. Where the two met in 2016 as they are doing a diploma in French pastry arts at culinary institute Ferrandi Paris. As Chiam previously worked at Restaurant Joey Robuchon for a year and Li has six months of experience at Les Amis. Their new outlet located at the Lucky Heights neighbourhood now they are opening second outlet at Bedok.
Their second outlet offers tarts, entremets and also new selection of baked goods. Here you can find pastries such as Croissants (S$3.80), Pain Au Chocolat (S$4.80), Vanilla Berry Danish (S$5.80), Lucky Clover (S$6.5) and more. There are also tarts available in store such as:
