Taiwan Announce That Singapore Will be the Next Country Sharing a Travel Bubble Together

If you have been missing Taiwan, great news as on 18 March, Taiwan’s Health Ministry has announced that Singapore could be the next country of a travel bubble with. Where Taiwan launch their first travel bubble with the island nation of Palau in the western Pacific Ocean which will kick-start on April 1, with two flights per week and no quarantine for travellers.
And Taiwan’s transportation minister Lin Chia-Lung also said that they are having discussion of travel bubble with Japan, South Korea, Vietnam and Singapore to seek as a way to resume the tourism. Taiwan has been having zero new cases in 28 days prior and visitors arriving from Taiwan will have to follow a certain criterion such as:

- Apply for an Air Travel Pass (ATP) for entry into Singapore;
- Must have remained in Taiwan in the last 14 consecutive days prior to their entry;
- Take a Covid-19 Polymerase Chain Reaction (PCR) test upon arrival at the airport in Singapore.
