Man Loses 126KG for 4 Year Cycling Every Day to Delivering Food On Bicycle

Alright, everyone wants to enjoy a healthier body or taking a diet but most of the time, we will be sacrificing the time left after work and most of the time, we will just end up saying we are too tired of doing the exercise workout. However, a 37-year-old man, Riz Fox somehow gained two thing in the same time as he managed to lost 126 kg after he has been working as GrabFood Delivery rider in Singapore.
Riz will usually work six to seven hours a day delivery food for five days a week and he is currently don’t cut his weight and instead working on gaining strength to embark on a wilder expedition with his two-wheel bicycle. His starting journey wasn’t easy when he first started where he has to adjust what he ate and shift to ketogenic diet and the diet gave him a boost in the dietary programme.

Then he starts to take cycling activities around the neighbourhood and later realise that he can get paid while losing weight wish is delivering food for a living, then he started to cycling around Bedok Reservoir and later he got bored with Bedok Reservoir and started cycling farther and farther away. Which he realise that he was getting paid while doing something which he is enjoying.
He has recently completed a 120 km cycling trip around the perimeter of Singapore which took around five hour with rest time together and his aims is to travel around the world on his bicycle. Riz also mentioned that he is eating only 20g of carbohydrates a day which is around the weight of half an average size chicken egg and about 100g of rice contains roughly 30g of carbs, 100g of spinach. His weight is in 85 kg which he has gained a bit of weight due to muscle building.
