Another Men in UK Become The Second Person To Be Cured of HIV

If we all remember, the HIV has been a dangerous virus in the past and so far there isn’t most of cure yet available. But with a never resting solution and research by scientist all over around the world. A man 40 years old from the United Kingdom has managed to become the second person ever to be cured of the virus. The man, Adam Castillejo which is known as the London patient has undergone a stem-cell transplant from a donor who has an uncommon gene that gives protection against the virus.
This treatment is the same as the Timonthy Brown, the first person who cured of HIV in 2011 and both Brwon and Castillejo has undergone the process which were actually used for treating cancer and scientist have found that the stem cell transplant are able to halt the virus ability to spread inside the body. This process work by replacing the patient’s immune cells with the one from the donor.
