Customer gets Chicken Rice Without Chicken, And We Thought it was a Joke in the Past
When we are overly happy joking with our friends sometimes while ordering food, we might stupidly go and simply tell the food waiter that we would like to order a fried chicken rice without chicken or a bowl of wanton noodles without noodles. Perhaps these jokes really becomes real for a man in Singapore, where he found himself getting a chicken rice without chicken and the replies from the customer support service after his Foodpanda delivery order were really written as without the main dish.
The customer shared the screenshot of his conversation with the Foodpanda customer support which insisted on completing the order even without the roasted chicken rice. The man’s order from Kim Kee Hainanese Chicken Rice at Boon Lay Gardens, besides the roasted chicken, included four portions of rice, one portion of oyster sauce vegetables and no roasted chicken.
From the conversation, it really amused us all as the main dish is the soul of the whole chicken rice and it was missing. So the man insisted on cancelling his entire order as he refused to just eat the rice with the vegetable alone but he was told by Foodpanda he can’t get a refund because the food had already prepared. Well, we aren’t sure who made the mistake but it is pretty much not having so logic on this order for sure.
