Man Complaint about Pizza Hut Order with 1 Inch Shorter than Advertised size
Recently, a customer has somehow picked a fight with Pizza Hut claiming that he has received a smaller pizza from the advertised size and the Facebook user, identified only as Ng Ng, shared that he had made a takeaway order for a Veggie Lover pizza in its Regular six-slice size on Mar. 7, 2021. After he has to measure the pizza with a measurement tape, he found that the pizza he received was only eight inches wide and he feels that he has been tricked, in addition, with the reduced size.
He claimed that the pizza previously only cost him S$11, yet he paid S$13.05 and during this pandemic period, Pizza Hut should be more value for money instead. He said he was disappointed and would not be buying pizza from the Hut again. Meanwhile, netizen somehow trying to explain to him that the pizza was smaller due to the heat shrinkage.
