If you happen to be in Chinatown recently, you might have come across some excitement over at People’s Park Complex where the TianPo Jewellery is apparently holding a closing down sales. The store is slashing the price of its 916 gold, and at last count, it’s down to $77 per gram. With this news, it has a large sign. Long queues were spotted outside TianPo Jewellery’s outlets at People’s Park Complex and Causeway Point as the home-grown jewellery brand is having a massive closing down sale.

In the two outlet, there are English and Mandarin proclaim “Closing Down Sale”, and “regardless of cost, all must be cleared”. And other than this you can find another offer that could be seen from the photos is that the Chinatown store is seemingly offering a 50% discount. They also thanked customer for their supports over the last 30 years.

A limited number of patrons are allowed in the store at any one time to ensure safe distancing and there is also an E-queue system to prevent crowds in the mall and outside the store too.
