M’sian Transforms Old House into Muji Concept Theme Without Interior Designer
As landed property or houses are getting really expensive in Kuala Lumpur, which in certain areas, the small terrace house will cost up to RM400,000 or more. However, one Malaysian by the name of Katherine Soh did exactly that but she and her partner bought a small, old house and managed to turn it into a Muji-concept house, without employing an interior designer!
They went for a huge saving by not even hiring a painter and they basically demolish the unwanted wall and paint the whole house themselves. With the plain white walls, warm lights, and wooden panels on the floor, the whole place looks very cozy.
