Japan’s Supermarket Kinokuniya Opens Pop-Up Stores With Strawberry Butter, Truffle Soy Sauce and more
The Kinokuniya self-service supermarket which started as a fruit merchant in Japan since the 50s and then they have expanded to 30 stores in Tokyo with most of their stores in train stations. However, due to the Covid-Pandemic, Kinokuniya will be opening a pop up stores around Asia with two new outlet will be opening in Singapore around March.
The first outlet will be located at Japan Rail Cafe n Guoco Tower, Tanjong Pagar while the next one will be situated inside Isetan Scotts supermarket which will open on 5th March. Here on these pop-up stores you can find stuff like:
- Strawberry Butter
- Premium Truffle Soya Sauce
- Chilli Oil Shrimp Crackers
- Yuzu Vinegar Concentrate
- Fruity Vinegar Fizz Drinks and many more…
Additionally, other Kinokuniya’s products such as Pancake Mix, Hokkaido Dried Scallop and vinegar drinks will also be available via JW360 online store on Shopee.
