Pet Dog Dies After Hit & Run at Hougang Road Junction outside IMH, Owner Appeal for Witness
A recent hit-and-run incident which happen at the Hougang Ave 4 and Buangkok Green junction just outside the Institute of Mental Health which involve a dog being hit and it passes away on the spot which the ribs were crushed and pierced its lung and leading to internal bleeding on 28 February, about 3.15 pm.
