Check out these Shiba Inu Macarons Dressed in Lion Dance
The Lunar New Year holidays may have just passed but for some of us, there are still not yet to finish and if you wanted to enjoy some more prosperity for the year ahead there are a delicious confection which will be able to bring fortune and happiness to your household as the baker, Salinda Nguyễn assembled Shiba Inu macarons dressed in lion dance costumes in time for the Chinese New Year (CNY)
Where she has created these delicious confections inspired by her own pet and it might look too pretty to eat too. Each macaron is filled with hojicha latte buttercream which you can eat them and her pet male Shiba Inu has his very own dedicated Instagram account too as you will be able to catch some adventures spend in nature and walking with Ms Nguyen.
On her buttercream, Ms Nguyen combined eggs whites, salt and powdered sugar in a bowl and she is blending them using a mixer until there were no dry patches and later she will add 1-2 tablespoon of butter and vanilla extract into the mixture and end up frosting with a light and creamy texture.
