YouTuber Who Can Eat A Week Food In Just one Meal
The professional YouTuber Nur Muhammad Izzat Osman, 33 years old where is better know as Isaac Osman where he can chunk down 5,400 kcal of durian, 3,290kcal of burgers, 2,810kcal of ramen or even 2,281 kcal of ice cream, each in one meal and despite the massive eating, he is happy and reported with no serious health condition and having a fairly fit figure too.
The YouTuber is based on Kuala Lumpur and he manages to maintain all this with her exercises a lot and practices intermittent fasting. As he said that he always love to eat and he saw Matt Stonie, an American competitive eater who ranked fourth in a Major League eating, he was fascinated and he decided to try to shoot a video of himself eating and upload it onto YouTube. And the response was great as people loved watching him eat.
Izzat who admit that he is like to watch people eat that he is amazed at those mukbang show where those contestants always manage to finish a huge amount of food in one sitting even though they are very small sized. While Izzat himself also isn’t lacking so much, but he did mention that he has gained a little weight during the pandemic period and he used to very active in sports like ultra marathons, cycling and jogging where he will get hungry almost all the time.
But with Izzat intermittent fasting which he has been practicing almost three year now has helped him to maintain his body weight. Where his intermittent fasting involves 16 hours of fasting where he will take no food and only plain water, and he only has food during the eating window of eight hours.
And usually he will fast for 2 days before shooting his video and the longest fasting he ever tried were seven day straight. Izzat also mentioned that there must be a balance in life that is why he will make sure that he is enjoying his sport and also the food.
Izzat said that he before he becomes a full time YouTuber he has been working for exhibition company, designing trade show booths for nine years, and now he loves to down its own content because of the freedom.
