Dead Lizard Found in a box of Buns From Bread Talk

A woman in Singapore went shocked when she opened her box of buns bought at BreadTalk with a dead Lizard found inside one of the bun where the buns were bought from BreadTalk IHQ at Tai Seng.
In her Instagram post she explained that her mother and brother has eaten the first two bun in the box which left her with the last one in the corner and she didnt notice the lizard at first as she was using her phone but she was shocked when she saw that dead lizard after she took the bread out and the lizard was confiremd dead when her helper prodded it and it didnt move.
After her post, BreadTalk had contacted her and she wanted to settle the matter quickly and get on with her day but apparently the BreadTalk’s customer service is available after 45 minutes and the call with the HQ was civil and apologetic, and they requested her to take down her post from Instagram.
Allegedly she was disappointed as she felt that BreadTalk only focus on how the post is still up and they have requested her to remove the post three time and BreadTalk had also told her that the CCTV footage did not show the lizard was in the box, currently investigation had immediately been launched, and the customer had been updated throughout the process. It remained unclear however, how the lizard might have ended up in the box of buns.
