World’s First Flying Cars and Drone Airport to Open This year in UK

With the more advance technology taking over the world where we could be one day having the car flying instead of rolling on the street as regular cars where a lot of us might still find it far away from having this dream comes true. However, the flying car might have becomes a reality as Coventry, UK has just revealed that they would be setting up the world’s first ever airport for flying cars.
The West Midlands city unveiled its plans to launch the Air-One airport slated for completion in November this year. The pop-up urban airport which will be showcasing flying cars and drones is set to open in Coventry which is a program together with the government support to tackle the road congestion and pollution. It has received a £1.2m government funding which has been matched together by Hyundai and it will schedule to open in November as a part of the celebrations marking Coventry as the UK city of Culture.

The vehicles which is know as EVTOL (electric vertical take-off and landing) which are basically electric helicopters with lightweight where it can be used to taxi people between skyscraper rooftops or even from landing hubs on the River Thames to anywhere else in London.
